Convenient situation. Comfortable. Good breakfast.good price. Cheap parking. Ignore comments about parking from other guests.....it was close by and pretty cheap.

The breakfast was nice, loved the eggs and my daughter the pancakes. The reception staff was very friendly, all the ladies. The room was really clean, I didn't sneeze once, so no dust! Small but comfortable, no bathrobes, enough towels and spare pillows, bathroom very clean ( I'm sorry for me cleanness is the main thing ), no complaints. Even the pasta was really tasty, the staff apologised that they didn't have an extended menu, but it was enough you can always use Uber Eats for a large group.

I really like how all ibis hotels are offering the same standards that you used to. This is why I prefer ibis whenever possible. This hotel staff was also perfectly friendly, the room and bed was comfortable, and the design was also enjoyable. The location of the hotel is just around the corner after the rathaus, which is where the Christmas market is. This was a big plus since you can go and have a look, enjoy and get back to your hotel without any tiredness.

We deffo recommend this hotel for a single night or a longer stay at Sint Niklaas - we got offered a clean and spacious room with 2 single beds, free wifi and free parking. 24/7 reception, friendly staff. Tea and coffee making facilities en suite made us feel very welcome!

The staff at the reception was really friendly and helpful. We were immediately informed about upcoming changes in the city and parking situation.

Staff informed, helpful and friendly. One suggestion is there is only one plug outlet, but no mirror in same area.

Very central location… great parking facilities for a good price. Easy food available and normally priced drinks from the bar.
